If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, ensuring that you can shop with confidence. 1. Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Some exceptions may apply, including items that are on sale or clearance.

2. How to Return an Item

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) along with shipping instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as a return. You may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product. If you wish to avoid additional shipping costs, we recommend placing a new order before returning the item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the condition of the product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including used cleaning tools or items that have been opened and used. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase.

7. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.
